Hangwani Matidza
Mr Hangwani Matidza is a registered Professional Valuer (SACPVP) in private practice since 2008. He started valuation career in 2003 and has been involved in various organisation including City of Johannesburg, ABSA Commercial Property Finance, Pangborne Properties Pty (Ltd) & JHI and Ndlala Mass Valuation Services (which has earned 3x PMR awards since under his leadership).
In his valuation career since 2005, he was involved in a number of projects including mortgage valuations, Valuations of investment property portfolio worth 11 billion, servitudes, agricultural farms, residential houses and municipal valuations for rating across the country.
In addition to being registered member of South African Council of Property Valuer’s Profession, he adds his membership to the South African Institute of Valuer’s. Where he was an Executive member (2014-2016). He has also served as a member of Valuation Appeal Board for Thabo Mofutsanyane District (Free State Province) (2017-2020). He is currently service at City of Johannesburg Valuation Appeal Board as Professional Valuer (2018-2023).
Hangwani possesses National Diploma in Real Estate Valuation & IDQ in Commerce (UNISA). He has earned a number of certificates including Project Management, Intermediate training in Ms Office , Valuation of Income producing properties and Valuations for Land Reform and Restitution (University of Cape Town).
He is currently servicing a number of clients both in public and private sector across the country.
His experience in valuations can be summed up to 15 years.
Louis Taderera
Louis Taderera
Louis is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (RICS) with over 30yrs in Real Estate. Has a passion for property valuation, property investment & development and consults on specialised real estate matters. He is also an accredited Arbitrator and Mediator specialising in the property sector and is registered with the South African Council for Property Valuers’ Profession.
He has held a number of senior and strategic posts such as Chief Government Valuer, Deputy Director General Valuation and Administration with the City of Johannesburg, Valuer General; mass valuation for property tax (Rating) for the British Island of Bermuda and has headed a number of real estate firms as CEO.
Louis holds a number of professional qualifications/certifications including the following;
Masters: Urban Studies; Long Island University. Brooklyn, New York. (USA); Post-Graduate Advanced Diploma: Land Management: Reading University. Reading, (UK); Diploma: Valuation; Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK); Diploma: Surveying (General Practice); College of Estate Management. Reading, (UK); Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Diploma in Commercial Arbitration; College of Estate Management.
